Dr. Anand Burdhan is a noted heritologist and museum theorist, currently serving as a senior faculty member at the Delhi Institute of Heritage Research and Management, part of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Delhi. He is also the Secretary of the Museums Association of India and has made significant contributions to the fields of museology and heritage conservation. His work includes designing the National Philatelic Museum in New Delhi.
