Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi (born 20 October 1970) is an Indian politician and former professor. A leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party and Member of Parliament from its Upper House, the Rajya Sabha since 2019. Trivedi is a senior National Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
He worked as an information advisor to the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and as political advisor to the former BJP National President Rajnath Singh.[12] During the 2014 Indian General Elections, he was one of the members of the BJP's media team.[13] As of 2016, he is the national spokesperson of the BJP.[14][12]
Trivedi was elected unopposed to Rajya Sabha in by-election from Uttar Pradesh in October 2019. The seat had fallen vacant after the demise of former Union Minister Arun Jaitley
