Shiv Aroor is and Indian Journalist and an editor and anchor at India Today. And has done conflict reporting from defence zones such as Kashmir, Sri Lanka and Libya running a defence website called livefistdefence.com, founded in 2007 won in 2012 and 2013 in DefenceIQ Blogging Awards in the category Regional Defence blog. He wrote book Operation Jinnah in 2017 and co-authored ‘India’s Most Fearless and its sequels in 2019 and 2022. Also, Tamil blockbuster Amaran was based on one of the segment related to Major Mukund Varadrajan.
